The Director will work on and manage a diverse range of engagements in restructuring, turnaround, bankruptcy, operational improvement and litigation support, and participate in selling and marketing the firm.
**Duties**:
* Preparing financial analyses and operational assessments
* Conducting due diligence, vetting business plans and developing strategic alternatives
* Preparing 13-week cash flow projections and integrated financial statements
* Drafting, participating in and leading client reports and presentations and related meetings
* Interacting with clients, attorneys, M&A advisors and other parties-in-interest, at all levels
* Managing engagements and client relationships
* Managing and mentoring junior staff
* Active participation in selling process for potential new clients, including:
+ Research and preparation of pitch materials/presentations
+ Participation in sales calls and interviews
+ Preparation of proposals and engagement letters
* Practice development
**Qualifications & Skills:**
* Bachelors Degree; advanced degree or certification preferred
* 3-5 years of restructuring, turnaround, litigation support or performance improvement experience in an advisory capacity
* Ability to work individually and within a team in deadline-driven conditions
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Comfortable working in stressful and ambiguous situations; ability to maintain composure and focus in ambiguous situations
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
