A phenomenal, full-time opening has come available for a Finance/ Accounting Coordinator to join a cutting-edge, employee-oriented organization that has been in business for over 100 years. This position would operate from the Hawthorne, CA area ; within a short drive of the endless “hot spots” and exciting attractions located in in Los Angeles.
The Finance/ Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for:
Assisting in the management of all accounting related functions including: Payroll , Invoicing, Credit , Collections, Monthly Commission Calculations , Audits, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations .
Some minor HR responsibilities including: Assist with All Aspects of Onboarding/ Off Boarding , Anniversaries, Assisting with Time Clock Management, Maintaining Employee Review Forms
Preferred skill/ experiences include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a finance role
Strong knowledge of ERP systems – preferable Sage
Experience working with multiple currencies/ countries simultaneously is a MAJOR PLUS
Finance/ HR responsibilities from a consumer goods environment is a MUST
