Social Services Nonprofit New York City Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experience Terrific Security Director position with a social services nonprofit in the New York City area. Manage staffing, recruitment, and hiring processes for security staff
Select and manage subcontracted security staff
Ensure that staff are up to date on licensures and receive proper training
Review incident reports and provide investigative support
Oversee security personnel scheduling
Enforce regulatory policies and procedures
Manage one direct report as well as subcontractors
Qualifications: Approximately 15+ years of relevant security and, or law enforcement experience plus time in a supervisory role
Bachelor's degree required
New York State Security Guard Certification
Valid driver's license required
Ability to be on call and work a flexible schedule
Excellent communication skills
