Designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications, systems, and IT products
Demonstrating knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages
Planning and executing system implementations to minimize risk of outages
Analyzing production system operations to identify and drive continuous improvement in stability and performance

The Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a related field preferred
Working knowledge of three or more technologies preferred
Proven leadership ability preferred
Advanced knowledge of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities
Ability to manage a wide variety of projects and recommend new practices or processes
Experience working on complex projects with significant and long-term impact
Strong problem-solving ability and ability to act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
