Our office is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a legal office or professional work environment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments
- Manage and maintain legal files and documents
- Utilize legal software to assist with document organization and management
- Assist with drafting l documents
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Requirements

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in a legal office
- Strong understanding of legal office systems and software
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional office environment or legal office environment
- Proficiency in legal software such as Clio, MyCase, or PracticePanther
- Attention to detail and accuracy
