Job Responsibilities:
The Junior Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Project Manager, providing technical support to the testing team, correctly assessing issues reported by testers and escalating concerns to higher management when necessary.
The ideal candidate is a driven but steady individual, capable of building positive relationships with the testing team and across the project, keeping organized records and clear communication with all relevant parties. The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership of the Junior Project Manager:
Support the Project Manager with onboarding steps and payroll tasks, ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate
Assist the Program Team and the Project Manager by providing technical support to the testing team
Identify relevant stakeholders to sort and escalate project needs appropriately in terms of quality, capacity and schedule requirements
Liaising with the internal and external team to successful coordinate on-time delivery of client projects
Establishing and nurturing relationships surrounding the assigned team, by owning routine communication and offering support to the testing team
Escalating concerns related to the team’s wellbeing and technical issues (ad-hoc, frequent, recurring) and where guidance is needed
Planning project activities and ensuring resolution to any problems that may arise (corrective and preventive actions)
Actively seeking ways to optimize delivery, quality, and profitability
Reporting, both in written and verbal form, to internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, status of initiatives, formally and on an ad-hoc basis as required.

Additional Job Description
Education level
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field
Project experience or previous experience in the localization industry preferred
Other relevant skills
Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft tools required
Knowledge of Google Workspace tools preferred
Keen interest in localization technology, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
Energy and a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive and deadline-driven work environment
