Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the Marketing Strategy based on the Annual Business Plan that this role is responsible for that is developed in partnership with the Executive Team.

The primary objective of this role will be to partner with all Category Vertical Leaders to identify and develop key initiatives that are designed to enhance each of our category's business plans aimed at driving client engagement and delivering sales growth across all verticals.

Desired skills include market research intelligence, brand management, corporate communications, strategic partnership management, media campaigns, events management, customer experience development, and budget management.

This position will work closely with our President, Vice President of Sales, and Category Vertical Market Leaders.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Sales Support

Generate collateral, proposals, and presentations. Developing collateral to support the Sales Organization which touches all Divisions of the organization.

Develop creative concepts and touches for use throughout the sales process that can be used to develop and close key opportunities.

Develop communication / marketing pieces (email, newsletter, direct mail) to large prospect / customer groups.

Be a resource for finding content (photos / images / research) for communications to clients including partnering on large RFP "Request for Proposal"

Brand Management

Manage the consistency and look of brand items including; logos, brochures, quotes, business cards, case studies, truck graphics, photos, promotional items, events, newsletters, and signage.

Advise and influence the overall Showroom Experience Strategy for our guests that is best in class. Track the success of our showroom / customer experience through feedback and tracking metrics.

Digital Management

Manage social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

Manage video and photography creation and use primarily focused on highlighting customer projects.

Establish monthly / quarterly targeted opportunities with the sales team to generate and create targeted digital content.

Oversee Community and Professional Memberships and their impact on new opportunities, groups including but not limited to the following group.

Event Management

Work with Sales leadership on a quarterly basis to identify events to be held and the objectives of the investments.

Plan and host the events.

Recap the accomplishments and successes of each event.

Lead Source Management

Work with sales management to develop the process for reviewing and distributing leads from the various subscriptions we purchase.

Work with Sales Teams to develop proactive Strategies to penetrate Industries through targeted marketing.

Document the value of our subscriptions.

As part of this role, expectations will not only be centered around Roles and Responsibilities but also drive measurable results.

As part of the above outlined responsibilities, we'll be measuring the overall performance based on the results and return on investment that we're able to yield.

Below are areas that we will be looking to measure but not limited to the following areas. Goals will be set annually and quarterly to be reviewed together with your leader.

Making a positive impact and difference with our current opportunities by growing the probability of winning based on the support we provide the sales team in terms of supporting the Account / Opportunity Strategy through intentional marketing efforts which include Sales Collateral, Presentations, Experience Creation

Website / Search Engine Optimization. Measuring the volume of traffic that is driven through the portfolio of websites we have for our Sales Group.

Education and Experience Requirements :

The candidate must possess an exceptional knowledge of Marketing, Sales, Brand Management, and Communications. This role requires constant communication with strong attention to detail, well organized, creative, exceptional time management, and overall, visionary for enhancing the brand voice.

Strong leadership, management, and project management skills. Should be forward-thinking, adept at market research, have critical thinking skills with a challenger mindset, and be comfortable challenging our organization and team to constantly evolve and continue to be the market leader.

Excellent analytical and presentation skills are a must. Proficient automation skills with Microsoft Office, Graphic Design, and software experience.

Bachelor's Degree in business, brand management, marketing, or related field.

Prefer 5 plus years experience in sales and / or marketing.
