A startup tech company is looking for a Finance Manager to add to their team. Reporting to the VP Finance in this newly created position, the Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, enhancing financial operations and reporting, business intelligence, and ROI evaluations. What do you need for this Finance Manager role? Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field

3+ years of investment banking experience or 5+ years of corporate FP&A experience

Advanced Excel

Must be able to create financial models from scratch

What will you do in this Finance Manager role? Conduct sales analysis, manage profitability, and oversee budget headcount

Build and maintain financial models

ROI management of projects

Variance analysis and revenue and expense forecasting

Annual budgeting

Budget to actuals

Create operational and financial reporting

Evaluate operational and financial performance
