This exciting new role will provide marketing support for our luxury Estate Family Brand portfolio (Chimney Rock, Rutherford Hill, Sanford, Iconoclast, and Klipsun) while also encompassing leadership of Terlato Wines eCommerce platform, Uncorked.com . This position will allow the candidate to work alongside an industry-leading marketing team to create compelling marketing collateral, tools and presentations to support Terlato Wine sales, backed by robust data collection, reporting, and analysis. The Marketing Coordinator will require an understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing as he/she will have ownership responsibilities for driving implementation and design for eCommerce promotions, email campaigns, and content features on Uncorked.com . We are looking for a self-starter, with excellent project management skills and the ability to support multiple projects for both our Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) and national brand marketing teams. The position will report to the Marketing Director, but will need to interface with multiple cross-functional teams including brand managers, sales, and customer service.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following key areas but not limited to:
Brand and DTC Marketing and Sales Support
Create and publish key pieces of marketing collateral to support the Brand and DTC Marketing teams including, but limited to Sell Sheets, sales and brand presentations, scoring promotional materials, DTC digital content, Tasting room collateral, and DTC Event promotional materials
Ensure all collateral is kept up to date on all resource platforms external and internal (i.e. Marketing Drives, Box, trade websites)
Provide robust sales, marketing, and DTC data collection, reporting, and analytical support across proprietary and syndicated data sources
Field sales requests as needed (i.e. Data pulls and analysis, sales presentation assistance)
Assist with Marketing budget tracking and reporting
Submit Creative projects per management directives; work with Creative and Marketing team to see projects through to completion.
Monitor and manage Terlato website / digital presence + other various consumer/ trade touch points for brands (websites, social media sites, consumer inquiries) to ensure accuracy, relevant, and up to date.
Maintain and update content on Uncorked.
Develop and deploy communications of new brand news and updated sales collateral
Process sample requests and shipping requests for marketing team
Manage email/promotion content calendar for Uncorked features
Design and implement eCommerce promotions; maintain and publish promotional calendar
Ensure presence of all relevant products on Uncorked.com ; proactively update and upload new or missing products, while verifying accuracy of all product listings
Collaborate with Creative teams on styling and visual appeal of Uncorked.com , delivering fresh content on an ongoing basis
Coordinate with Brand Managers on priorities and initiatives that can incorporate eCommerce as a part of the marketing mix
Design and execute Email marketing campaigns
Coordinate with external agencies and internal eCommerce Director on site updates and management
SEO/SEM & advertising
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Professional Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of business/marketing experience.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational and coordination skills
Experience working with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Demonstrated understanding of basic marketing preferred.
Alcoholic beverage and/or wine industry experience a plus
eCommerce and email marketing experience a plus
Demonstrated initiative and ability to self-direct projects.

Base Salary Range: $68,000-$72,000
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, length of service, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
