Retail Marketing Coordinator
The Retail Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating communication between Sales and Marketing teams, acting as a liaison and a primary point of contact for sales personnel nationwide.
The Retail Marketing Coordinator will report to the VP of Brand Strategy and Sr. Retail Marketing Manager.

The Retail Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the fielding and management of all retail marketing programs, projects or requests including, but not limited to:
Curation of related Sales and Marketing Materials Customer Presentation Builds, Sell Sheets, Product Book Maintenance, Educational Brochures, Weekly Marketing Updates; other
Point of Purchase: Creative Briefing, Production and Distribution
Internal & External Database Management Syndigo, Kwikee, Nielsen Brand Bank, Basecamp, Image Relay; other
Photography Requests, Retailer Specific Asset Collection and Organization
Coupon Processing Clearinghouse Partnership, Invoice and Order Processing, Barcode Generation, Redemption Tracking; other
Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities: Manage and organize incoming and outgoing retail-marketing related requests by working cross-functionally with appropriate teams (I.e. visual merchandising, digital marketing, advertising/ agency partners, key customer accounts, regional sales teams; other) to obtain essential information related to the project at hand
Develop and manage timelines for execution to ensure timely delivery and overall customer satisfaction
Perform team SWOT /post-program analysis to help internal teams evaluate successes, failures and opportunities for future growth and improvement Report weekly, quarterly and annual metrics related to retailer marketing campaigns and other activities for leadership review
Lead weekly retail marketing team project status meeting to ensure alignment and provide visibility to all retail-marketing team members
Partner with marketing and sales to identify trends and opportunities that allow Dietz & Watson to drive purchase at key customer accounts nationwide
Provide logistical assistance with planning and execution of industry tradeshows, national sales meetings and other related events
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Food Marketing or related field
Military experience welcomed
Up to 2 years of relevant marketing experience; 20% Hybrid structure, in-office and remote
Can-do attitude with a willingness to take advantage of hands on learning
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Keynote, Adobe
Copy writing experience is a plus!
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to collaborate internally as well as with external contacts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Must excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organization
Willingness to pivot or reprioritize as business needs change or evolve
Detail-oriented and organized
