Responsibilities
What Will I Do? Provide all clients with a 5-Star experience!
Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values
Collaborate daily with team members and other departments
Manage multiple forms of communication including inbound and outbound phone calls, email, text messages and online messenger.
Schedule and dispatch sales and install teams
Enter complete prospective client date into Service Titan
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes? 1+ year customer service experience
1+ years of call center experience
Strong communication skills
Data entry, record keeping, reporting
Multi-tasking abilities
Proficient computer skills
Experience with Service Titan is a plus but not required
