**Job Description:**
The Urban Farmer Store is seeking motivated Inside Sales Associates (San Francisco, Mill Valley, & Richmond in California and Honolulu, HI). Knowledge of irrigation and landscape lighting is helpful but not required; we will train the right person! Fluency in Spanish a plus.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Get to know our customers to understand their needs while sharing product knowledge and providing exceptional service to keep them coming back.
* Develop your knowledge related to our products to increase your value to our customers.
* Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve high performance execution on daily branch activities.
* Process quotes and sales orders, schedule deliveries, fulfill orders, and help manage sales floor merchandise.
**Experience & Qualifications:**
* Enthusiasm for providing a fantastic customer experience.
* Knowledge of landscape irrigation and lighting products with a strong interest to learn more.
* Solid communication and people skills, with a desire to build strong relationships with customers and fellow staff members.
* Personal qualities which include a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, and an ability to work independently.
* Proficient with computers and experience with a variety of software packages.
* Wholesale distribution experience is a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
