I've partnered with a leading C-PACE lender in the Southern California area looking for a skilled Senior Commercial Underwriter to join their team. Experience needed:
5+ years of underwriting experience (Real Estate Investment, CRE, Debt Fund, or REIT)
Ability to handle complex deals with exposure to tax credits and multifamily.
Average deal size ranges from $1MM to $40MM.
C-PACE finance/lending experience is a plus but not required.
