What you'll do:

The Project Manager has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple Retail projects, leading their teams, and preparing strategic plans for project success. The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments. Estimates fees, determines the scope of work and prepares proposals and contracts. The Project Manager also serves as a vision leader within the Dwell community.

Requirements:

What you need to bring:

· 10+ Years of experience designing and managing Retail and / or Mixed-Use Projects

· Strong knowledge of and ability to apply building codes and accessibility laws

· Solid understanding of multiple construction types

· Heavy experience managing an architectural design team

· Excellent leadership attributes to mentor supporting staff

· Exceptional time management, written, and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and follow-through ability

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Have a positive attitude

· Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development

· Proficient in Revit or similar design applications

· Professional license preferred but not required

· Architecture degree or similar from an accredited college or university

· Confident in ability to multitask and prioritize

· Solid decision-making skills
