As a coordinator, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! Roles & Responsibilities:
Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for corporate and leisure clients worldwide.
Tailor trips to meet clients' specific needs and budget constraints.
Stay updated with industry trends and attend ongoing training to maintain travel certification.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to specialize in various destinations.
Create promotional materials and monitor travel restrictions.
Handle booking of travel needs and effectively communicate with clients pre and post-travel.
Address any issues that may arise during bookings or travel.
Network with tour operators to offer unique packages to clients.
Requirements:
Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the US.
Strong communication skills with a sales background preferred.
Access to a smartphone with internet; laptop recommended but not required.
Personal travel experience is a plus, but not required.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial.
