What You Will Do
As a Data Analyst for Flexware Central Team, you will be responsible for building reports in PowerBI for all teams. You will work closely with Flexware’s BI Architect and team to make sure information is accurate and have viewable reports for teams to utilize.
This position will:
Maintain, improve, and create Kimble and Salesforce reports and dashboards in PowerBI and Kimble
Work with and collaborate with Business Intelligence Architect to ensure data is accurate for reports
Provide support and troubleshoot issues as they arise with reports and dashboards
Redesign and manage integrations between Kimble, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and other systems as needed
Work with business units to standardize and improve data integrity and metric utilization
Work with different teams to understand data needs and provide proper reports and dashboards
Assist with miscellaneous projects associated with data and needs of the business
Perform other duties and special projects as needed
Flexware is looking for a candidate that is servant minded and has a willingness to see a problem and find a solution.
What You Might Have Done Before
Flexdogs are a rare breed . They come from varied backgrounds, but typically have some of the following traits:
Received a bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Information Technology, or simliar degree is highly preferred
2+ years experience in data analytics, data science, or relevant report and dashboard creation
Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in PowerBI (highly preferred) or other tools such as Tableau, Qlik, etc
Worked with Internal Customers to deliver reports
Experience working with different business units to understand their data needs in order to create reports and dashboards
Experience with SQL databases, creating complex queries, and working with complex data schemas
Experience with different systems integrations and understand of how data interacts with different systems
Exceptional verbal and communication skills
