What's on offer
We are seeking a Graduate Full Stack Developer to join us on a one-year graduate program based in our New York Office, starting 8th July 2024.
In this role you will work with a team of 7 on our DataLend product. You will have the opportunity to work across the full stack from Java on the backend to JavaScript on the front-end, learning how to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to implement the product roadmap.

Role Requirements
We are seeking students expecting to graduate in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
A cumulative GPA of 3.2 at the time of graduation
Exposure to or experience with one or more development languages (such as Java, Python, JavaScript etc)
Knowledge of Operating Systems (such as Windows, Solaris, Linux)
A desire to work across the backend (Java) and front end (JavaScript)
Have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
You are specifically targeting a role as a Full Stack Developer.
You have technical aptitude and are passionate about how technology can have impact in a business
You are self-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
We'd also like to see;
Engaging communication and interpersonal skills – we value great teamwork and collaboration
A genuine interest for building a career in financial technology (FinTech)
Solid technical and problem-solving skills; you'll need to be comfortable handling complex information with accuracy and great attention to detail
A passion for continued learning!

In compliance with New York City's Salary Disclosure Law, the hourly pay for this position is $39.90/hr (estimated $83,000 per annum). Please note, this is a non-exempt role and is overtime eligible. The salary information listed here is a general guideline only.
