Job Description EchoParkAutomotive is hiring a Sales Admin/ Document Specialistfor our dealership located in San Antonio, TX. As a Document Specialist, you will play an important role in the smooth and friendly guest experience at our store.Ifyou’rea self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced,fun environment, then we’re looking for you. As aDocument Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the financialdocumentationprocess.
WhatYou’llDo:
Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
Check all paperwork for the correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
Verify insurance, tradepayoffs, and obtain deposits
WhatWe’reLooking For:
Demonstrated customer service and attention to detail
Experience in a retailenvironment
