The Senior Account Director is responsible for achieving a high quality of service for an established client, meeting the business plan and ensuring performance metrics are met.Tasks include driving the service delivery strategy and has accountability for client performance, retention, satisfaction and growing target accounts.

About You: You are motivated and driven by solution-focused processes and implementations.

You are great at prioritizing, organizing and coordinating client delivery.

You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbally.

You enjoy working cross-functionally.

What you’ll do: Ensure the successful delivery of client projects.

Inspire the account team to learn and grow to support our clients.

Deliver incredible client experiences.

Build client budgets and support OneMagnify profitability.

Be the senior management point person for the client on Service Delivery

What you’ll need: Strategic thinking, Thought leadership and Diplomacy.

Strong interpersonal skills that empower good thinking and encourage cooperation and enthusiasm.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Digital marketing, analytics and MarTech experience is preferred.

Ability to present and represent great thinking and work.

Sound analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative.

Strong commercial judgment with the proven ability to balance growth, retention and profitability business goals against operational constraints and risk.

3+ years of automotive or commercial vehicle experience

10+ years of marketing experience
