Keep common areas and exterior clean and free of trash and debris.
Make apartments move-in ready by; cleaning, patching, painting and repairing walls, fixtures, and flooring.
Changes light bulbs, filters, and locks as needed.
Perform daily inspections of the property and report any maintenance concerns to the Community Manager and recommend solutions.
Establishes a preventative maintenance schedule.
Prioritizes service requests.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience working as a maintenance professional in a residential setting.
Must be trained and experienced to safely handle specific hazardous material associated with building maintenance.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
