Remote / Customer Success / Remote Haul is building a labor marketplace that provides trucking companies in the US with a pool of vetted, on-demand truck drivers to operate their trucks.
Founded by Uber alumni and venture-backed, Haul is looking to rethink the employment model of 3.5 million trucker drivers and support an $800 billion trucking industry in the United States.
Haul maintains office hubs in the Bay Area and Denver, CO.
Haul is growing our driver care team and we are looking for an experienced support manager to manage day-to-day support activities for our drivers, including handling escalations and creating SOPs around driver needs. Driver experience is a top priority as we scale and were looking for a teammate who can help shape our standards of care as we ramp up our driver count. Were looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to dive into the challenges our team faces as we provide a best-in-class experience for Haul drivers at scale.
#LI-REMOTE **Responsibilities:**
+ Handle escalations from our tier 1 customer service team, arbitrating outcomes and mapping SOPs (including escalation path and templates for communicating to drivers)
+ Monitor key metrics including team-first response and resolution time SLAs, CSAT and NPS
+ Quality check driver communications, including text and phone calls, and provide coaching for customer support agents who need additional training
+ Identify and share driver insights with stakeholders in other teams across the org
+ Own initiatives and initiatives to improve the driver experience
**Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years in customer support as a people manager
+ Start-up experience preferred
+ Detail-oriented and organized
+ Strong communication and writing skills, including de-escalation with customers

Haul supports a "hybrid" office model where team members can work in the company's offices or remotely if you are based out of the Bay Area or Denver.
For an all-remote position in the rest of the United States, we're putting a lot of thought into building an all-inclusive remote environment. Prioritizing documentation over verbal communication, asynchronous vs. in person.
