This location recently expanded, and they have created this position to provide more support to their Store Manager. Although you will not directly manage their Team (16), you will be the second-in-command helping to enforce best practices while achieving growth objectives. • Oversee floor operations to ensure proper staffing and execution
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
• Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training
• Educate and coach sales associates to enhance sales techniques

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
