Admin Project Leader Position Summary:
The Admin Project Leader is responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of departmental projects, activities, reports, and schedules; along with collection and management of data.
Admin Project Leader Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for maintaining all of the procedural and administrative aspects of training program and any designated project. Serves as the designated point-of-contact for program issues.
Oversee the assessment and evaluation processes and detailed analysis that leads to recommendations.
Supports the PA Surgical & Critical Care PA Residency programs each year.
Provides assistance with recruitment and onboarding of new physician assistants.
Organizes and coordinates weekly education for residency programs which includes securing a location, communicating with faculty, and set up for lectures and activities.
Handles payroll submissions, file organization, collection and collation of program and trainee evaluations.
Work Schedule: FT, Day shift, 40 hrs/wk

Admin Project Leader Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, required
8 years of proven experience in specific jobs that require a high level of critical thinking and accountability, may substitute for degree
2 years related experience at the administrative level
Able to obtain a comprehensive understanding of departmental and Hospital policies and procedures, budget verification and analysis, spreadsheets and database management
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations
