About The Role
We're seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to work on our Salesforce product delivery team to help deliver on strategic and tactical initiatives in a robust Salesforce and internal tools environment. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of successful implementations, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, story creation for dedicated developers, user acceptance testing, release notes, and end-user training. This is a challenging role and opportunity to be an integral part of a team with high visibility and responsibility within the organization.
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for REPAY Salesforce, which is a large and very custom org serving over 500 users on Sales and Service Cloud
Play a pivotal role in building new and enhanced functionality by collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, technical architects and developers to ensure delivery of quality solutions
Create user stories, training materials, process flow diagrams, functionality and feature documentation, and other artefacts based on collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders
Actively participate in team stand-ups, break-out sessions, and refinements to ensure the developers have a clear understanding of requirements
Communicate impactful system changes in advance, manage new releases and efficiently deploy new features without interruption to users
Identify changes to project scope, escalate and negotiate scope with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for efficiencies or optimizations when possible
Provide excellent support to internal Salesforce users if they encounter issues or have questions
Skills & Experience Needed
2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or equivalent role gathering and writing requirements and/or user stories for development teams
Extensive experience with the Salesforce Platform including working in with custom, development-driven environments
Extensive experience leading discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business process flows, and documenting and prioritizing requirements
Strong understanding of Agile/Kanban software product development and delivery
Ability to innovate, adapt, develop, and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Background working with start-up, high-growth organizations in technology and/or financial services
Comfortable working with remote teams spread across different countries and in multiple time zones
Experience using Agile/SLDC process management tools such as Jira
Excellent written and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills along with excellent Word and PowerPoint skills
Skills & Experience Preferred
Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification or equivalent experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience
Agile ScrumMaster certification or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
