IT Support Specialist I

**Description**
We are looking for a super talented IT Support Specialist I who is passionate about technology and helping people!
****Some Highlights:****
* Providing technical assistance for all ZoomCare employees through tickets, phone, chat, and in-person support
* Coordinating with on-site and remote employees, vendors, and contractors for all IT support
* Triaging help desk tickets and escalating appropriately when needed
* Executing 24-hour emergency support for ZoomCare employees during on-call rotation
* Assisting with the installation of new hardware and software and helping to train employees on its implementation
* Support a mixed environment of macOS and Windows devices
* Maintaining IT stockroom to ensure supplies are in stock and organized
* Working with the development team to provide end-user support for internally developed software
* Following and enforcing organization security policies to protect customer data
* Facilitating inventory management
* Providing meeting room AV, and phone system support
****Requirements:****
* 1 - 3 years experience providing technical support
* Experience working in customer-facing production environments
* Experience with the following technology:
+ Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
+ Google GSuite
+ Apple Hardware
+ Windows Hardware
+ Operating Systems: MacOS/Windows/Linux
+ Mobile operating Systems: IOS and Android
+ Remote Desktop Solutions
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
******Nice to Have:******
* One or more technical certifications inc. CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.
* Experience with legacy software solutions
* IT Inventory Management
