In this role, you will support Tributes mission of building a high-performance, low-turnover community of the best caregivers in home care by recruiting remarkable caregiver candidates in Maryland and Northern Virginia. In addition to attracting the best caregiver talent in your market, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining relationships with caregiver referral sources. You will also play an integral role in developing new programs and recruiting initiatives based on analysis of hiring data and a growing understanding of caregiver motivation.
The ideal Caregiver Recruiting Manager will bring the following:
Bachelor's degree
At least one year of sales or customer-focused work experience
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption based on medical or religious reasons
Goal-orientation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills - you enjoy public speaking and interacting in social networking settings
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow in the role
