1. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
2. Greet and welcome visitors and guests
3. Answer questions and address complaints
4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
5. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
6. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
7. Check, sort, and forward emails
8. Maintain and monitor inventory and usage of official forms. Review forms to determine
if they are up to date and still authorized. Ensure adequate supplies are available and
dispose of obsolete or outdated forms. As needed, request requisitions for replenishment
of stock.
9. Assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a building or facility. Identify
maintenance needs.
10. Assist property management officials and/or property specialists to ensure accuracy of
ownership and custody of all personal property
11. Additional administrative duties as assign, within the Training Center 9 Skill set info 1. Proven experience as front desk representative, agent, or relevant position
2. Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer etc.)
3. Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
5. Strong communication and people skills
6. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
7. Problem-solving skills
8. Customer service experience
Special Requirements: Contractor must be able to pass a National Agency Check Inquiry (NACI) to be able to access
government computer systems. 10 Education • Ability to read and develop technical manuals and architecture drawings.
