Deal Desk Analyst

We are looking for a straightforward and process driven Deal Desk Analyst to join our high-performing team in the global Fieldwire headquarters in San Francisco, CA. This role will be a hybrid office role with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days a week. You will drive efficiency between Operations and Sales as the first Deal Desk hire. This role will require you to possess strong organizational, analytical, and communicative abilities as you build strong partnerships across the organization while creating and maintaining strict processes to move the company forward.
What you’ll be doing
The primary responsibilities for our next Deal Desk Analyst will be to:
Establish and enforce deal parameters for sales teams
End to end coordination and fulfillment of deal processes (NDAs, legal & security questions, etc.)
Commissions calculations and “closed won” auditing
Audit opportunities and deals that come through to make sure established processes and policies are being followed
Assist in getting complex deals and exceptions across the goal line
Be a source of truth for Sales and Operations as it pertains to executing deals
Build a deal desk that can scale as Sales grows and moves to other markets
At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Deal Desk Analyst to have the following skills and experiences
3+ years experience working in one or more of the following: Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Operations, or Finance
Demonstrated strong capabilities in Salesforce (or a similar CRM), SAP, Google Sheets, and Excel
Strong commitment to detail as well as process development and improvement
Ability to communicate complex information in an easy to comprehend way
Experience working directly with cross functional teams (Legal, Billing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
Ability to work independently and problem solve with minimal direction.
Robust sense of accountability: Sound personal judgment, capacity to handle confidential information appropriately, and effectively escalate issues as needed.
Comfortable speaking directly and confidently with decision makers and executives

Compensation:
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $94,500 - $115,500
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and Maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 20%.

This role is hybrid and based in beautiful San Francisco, CA. Our office is located right off of Embarcadero Bart station. Easily accessible by all forms of public transportation.
