JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance department is responsible for providing multiple support functions for production operations. This includes performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machinery & equipment according to manufacturing processes in order to keep up with sales orders.
ELECTRICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of AC/DC theory
Fully versed in the use of a DMM
Knows PLC’s, particularly Allen Bradley, IIS and XDC
Understand how to read Schematics and modify if necessary
Understand temperature controllers and feedback devices (TC, RTD, J type, etc.)
MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of idlers, bearings and gear boxes
Working knowledge of diaphragm pumps
Ability to do metal fabrication
General machine rebuilding
Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Available Shifts:
Tuesday-Saturday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
