Mission

Drive Recurring & digital services business development and performance in the NAM Zone through Services organization or other BUs

Drive transformation in the country across all streams (marketing, sales, tendering, Execution, Customer success management)

Key responsibilities

Drive the DS business and recurring development, within organization (Greenfield, Partners, …)

Understand recurring business roadblock for each country and drive action plans to solve them

Drive SCALE meetings (transformation call) and act upon agreed actions

Coordinate/close the loop between all streams (ensure Tendering, execution and CSM efficiency + marketing) to ensure successful transformation

Drive Capex to Opex to Recurring transformation

Share best practices from other countries globally

Stay in close contact to customers needs & gather country feedbacks tochallenge offer development team for offer improvement

Support the deployment of new processes and adoption of new offers (ESP, Ecocare)

Organize and animate digital and recurring offer trainings

Reconciliate Performance (YoY ARR, track/capture/renew), build and drive action plans accordingly

Profile / skills

Bachelor’s degree necessary

Sales experience or marketing/transformation experience along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in services.

Previous experience in OPS, as well as a People manager is an advantage

Strong leadership by influence skills

Accountable, strategic/disruptive and proactive mindset

Ability to adapt and perform in a fast moving and often-changing environment

Strong knowledge of SE Ecostruxure Digital Offers & service plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
