General Accountabilities
Handling questions & requests at the Front Window and receiving & processing payments.
Assists with inputting and maintaining property listings in online databases.
Assists with maintenance calls and questions from vendors, residents or owners.
Assists with screening applications, fielding telephone calls and scheduling and closing leases.
Organizes and maintains filing of lease and property files in accordance with rules and regulations.
Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.
Provides reports, information management, maintain filing systems, supplies, and other clerical services.
Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Experience Preferred: 2-3 Years
Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
