Description
The Mechanical Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:
Support project team
Supervising and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI's for approval
Oversee maintenance of contract documents for field operations
Attend project meetings on site and in the office
Oversee with project close-out documentation
Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers
Provide in-person support at job sites as required
Manage client relationships
Manage support staff
Profile
The ideal Mechanical Construction Project Manager will have:
Direct experience within the Mechanical/HVAC space
3-5 years of total experience
Familiar with the local market, subs and GCs
Proven track record
Strong communication skills
Strong technical skills
