We are on the hunt for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about insurance, customer service, and risk management. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing risks effectively. Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Analyze and assess risks associated with clients' businesses, making recommendations for appropriate insurance coverage.
4. Work closely with the underwriting team to negotiate policy terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, advising clients accordingly.
7. Problem-solve and handle any issues that arise with clients' insurance policies or coverage.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, account management, customer service, risk management, and problem-solving.
2. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
3. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick, effective solutions.
5. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best insurance terms and conditions for clients.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client accounts and priorities.
8. Proficiency in using insurance software and digital tools for account management.
