Job Title: Finance Associate

We’re looking for an FP&A Finance Associate who will work closely with the existing team and leadership to build and support monthly forecasting, executive reporting, annual budgeting, and other strategic financial and data analysis.
Essential Functions:
Support monthly and quarterly variance analysis of business and property performance versus annual budget, forecast, and prior year.
Prepare financial analyses including monthly forecast updates and annual budgets.
Build and distribute reports utilized by senior leadership and business partners to drive sound decisions.
Assist in the preparation of financial reporting to support quarterly and annual SEC filings.
Work extensively in MS Excel, Workday Office Connect, and Adaptive Planning.
Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or similar. 2-5 years’ experience in FP&A or Accounting preferred.
Qualifications: Advanced Excel skills, excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and people skills. Combines detail-oriented focus and a big-picture perspective.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Non- Supervisory
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or equivalent. At least 2-5 years’ experience.

Work Environment: Office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel may be required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Salary Range: Hiring Salary range: $75,000-$90,000 annually plus a generous annual bonus. Candidates will be hired at a salary commensurate with their skills and experience relative to the role.
