The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Associate to join our Partnerships team in the Americas. This position focuses on cultivating relationships with local landlords, sourcing available spaces, conducting property tours with clients, supporting the delivery of persuasive pitches to landlords, and maintaining effective communication with landlord partners.
What will you be doing?
Support landlord solutions business partners in building a robust pipeline of local and national landlords to secure new opportunities
Execute strategic outbound sales initiatives to promote our Landlord Solutions platform.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential available locations.
Maintain an active real estate network by staying up to date in target market industry trends and forming relationships with local real estate community
Develop pitches and presentations to attract local landlords and highlight the unique benefits of partnering with The Instant Group.
Generate and maintain regular reports for our Landlord Partners

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
Demonstrable Sales Experience, real estate exposure beneficial but not necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
Proven work experience in commercial real estate, flex space experience is a plus
Proactively search for new business opportunities, through cold calls and emails
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Own the landlord solutions CRM maintenance
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent phone and email skills to develop rapport with prospects
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
Experience and demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft tools (Excel, PPT)
Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
