Job Summary
Provide on-site customer service support in the installation set-up and scheduling for current retailers. Position typically addresses issues of moderate complexity, receiving general information from retailers. This position will interact on a consistent basis with incoming calls from retailers who have new machines installed . This position typically will gather data, verify system status, and schedule retailer training . This is a 5-6 month (January 2024 - May/June 2024) project based position with possibilities of extension. This position will not supervise.
Number of Positions & Hours:
Position 1: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM (ET)
Position 2: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (ET)
Position 3: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (ET)
Location: Downtown Atlanta (Parking Validation Provided)
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Responsibilities
Call Center associate experience, preferably troubleshooting POS devices with customers or technicians
Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
Must have time management skills
bility to work independently with minimum direction
Must be able to function in a high paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
bility to function effectively when dealing with challenging situations.
Update retailer install records
Handle incoming calls from retailers in the state of Georgi
Respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
Enter data in the system
Schedule on-site retailer training
Required Qualifications Windows OS experience
MS Office Suite experience

Up to two years of job related experience
Educational Requirements
High School Degree, Associate's Degree, Technical Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
