Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Customer Care Specialists to provide internal and external customer care in fast-paced environment via in person/phone/web-based communications.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains extensive knowledge of programs and services to provide information, assist in troubleshooting and resolve escalated or difficult issues regarding customer complaints.
Facilitate customer interactions via phone and web-based channels
Build rapport
Maintain customer database
Researches and resolves customer care inquiries and complaints as they are escalated from staff.
Communicates issues and/or opportunities then make recommendations to implement solutions accordingly
Foster a positive customer experience at the jobsite
Provide back up coverage for the Customer Service/Office Assistant and Customer Care at other locations as needed
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years related experience
Advanced computer and strong communication skills
Competencies in Microsoft office(Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
Advising supervisor of significant problems encountered in day to day operations
Valid driver's license
Experience with customer relationship management systems preferred
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk or hear
Frequently using hands or fingers
Handle or feel objects, tools or controls
Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach and lift up to 25lbs. with hands and arms
Vision abilities including close, distance and ability to adjust focus
