JR & Co., Inc is seeking a Sales Executive responsible for ensuring growth and sales for JR & Co., Inc. through the sale of JR Roofing products/services, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Make initial contacts and establish relationships with decision makers and targeted markets to sell roofing services.
Support prospecting and lead generation efforts
Develop strategic partnerships, relationships, and alliances for company growth, maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities
Engage clients to uncover and close growth opportunities to meet sales objectives
Create and present sales proposals tailored to the target audience
Collaborate with Estimators and negotiate contract terms with clients
Track and report on status of proposal components
Respond to client inquiries
Collaborate with Marketing to develop tools and strategies for entering target markets
Represent JR & Co., Inc. at all assigned networking functions
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of JR&CO offerings as well as current market research to identify profitable business opportunities
Maintain detailed client database and prospecting list
Record and update all business development activities and results on CRM
To succeed in this role, you will need: Valid Driver License
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Highly motivated and willing to assume accountability for generating new business
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively across teams
High level of professionalism and business acumen
Knowledge of roofing systems, applications and benefits is a plus or ability to learn quickly is critical
Organizational and time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
Cold calling and acquisition experience desired
Sales experience strongly preferred
