As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing technical solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing any concerns or issues
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our products
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in industrial settings
Prior experience in technical sales, preferably in the OEM industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
