In this role, you'll be:
The program guru! You'll develop and run initiatives that help educational institutions reduce waste through recycling, composting, and source reduction.
A content creation whiz! You'll craft engaging educational materials to inform students, teachers, and administrators.
A champion for sustainability! You'll promote programs and connect with schools and universities to get them involved.
A problem-solving rockstar! You'll assist program users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth program experience.
A data whiz! You'll manage program budgets, develop work plans, and generate reports to track progress and impact.
A lifelong learner! You'll conduct research on waste diversion trends and best practices to keep our programs innovative.
A team player! You'll collaborate with colleagues on special projects and contribute to a positive work environment.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a bachelor's degree in education, business management, environmental studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Brings experience in program management and ideally, the education sector (teacher, administrator).
Understands waste diversion and recycling programs.
Has excellent public speaking and communication skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently.
Is a team player who values collaboration and transparency.
Manages time effectively and meets deadlines consistently.
Has a knack for problem-solving and providing exceptional customer service.
