Description
Protect-US Private Security is looking for a qualified Armed Field Supervisor to join our company for the Los Angeles, CA area.
As a Field Patrol Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our security efforts, overseeing operations in a designated area and supervising our exceptional team of security guards. This role offers the chance to ensure the safety and security of our premises while maintaining strong communication with our clients, staff, and law enforcement agencies.
You'll have the opportunity to provide guidance, support, and feedback to our security personnel, helping them grow professionally while fostering a culture of excellence. Your exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in scheduling and coordinating shifts to ensure we have optimal coverage at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of security guards, ensuring they are deployed effectively and efficiently
Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to security personnel, promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence.
Schedule and coordinate security personnel shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement effective patrol strategies, ensuring maximum coverage and effectiveness.
Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking necessary action to ensure the safety of individuals and property.
Ensure compliance with security protocols, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement security procedures, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance security operations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in security, and within a supervisory role
Exposed Firearm Permit
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using our current scheduling technology, such as Humanity
