The challenges of the new digital age are posing interesting opportunities for our industry. To drive new business initiatives in the digital age, we are looking for a senior Sales executive who has the perfect blend of account management, business development and consulting . Experience in Telecom domain is a big plus. The candidate should have a consistent track record of performing and overachieving Sales targets of $50m +.

In this position the executive will work closely with client’s CDO organization to map Organization’s digital capabilities to their strategic priorities. Other responsibilities include:

Help Organization’s emerging technologies and new organizational competencies to develop and administer digital portfolio. Responsibility for actual deployment of digital solutions will rest with line of business executives.

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Create parameters to measure new efficiencies and ROI for digital initiatives.

Develop ways to attract and retain top talent.
