With 150+ teammates across global offices in Austin, Barcelona, and Yerevan — Manychat helps more than one million businesses worldwide interact with billions of customers in real-time at scale.

No matter the use case — generating leads, increasing engagement, providing 24/7 customer support, accepting payments, and beyond — Manychat helps businesses improve their ROI and grow faster.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market efforts for our Instagram channel on a global scale.

The ideal candidate will have a strong product-led growth background and think of the customer’s journey end-to-end, from acquisition plays to in-product experiences. In this role, you’ll translate core product capabilities into end-user marketing, all the way to industry-level stories at conferences, marketing content, and campaigns.

The new team member will report to our Product Marketing Director and collaborate directly with Product-focused PMMs, to bring product launches into marketing campaigns, while partnering closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns that have both top-of-funnel and in-product impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Act as the voice of the customer by developing value propositions and differentiated positioning for Manychat’s Instagram product, with strong messaging that drives awareness with target audiences.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience for Creator audiences using Manychat’s Instagram product.

Develop high-quality, credible, and valuable content that drives adoption and usage to drive both short-term interest and long-term brand awareness.

Identify ways to drive breadth and depth of platform usage by identifying, packaging, and marketing use cases that are relevant for target audiences.

Run competitive and market analyses to develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

5+ years of proven Marketing experience with at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.

Strong communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging that drives action.

High empathy and curiosity. You strive to connect the dots and align stakeholders across differing viewpoints, cultures, and geographies.

Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments where competitors, products, and customer segments are evolving quickly.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to deeply understand user needs, market dynamics, and competition.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Currently, we are only seeking candidates who are local to the Austin, TX area.

WHAT WE OFFER

We care about your growth, well-being, and comfort

Annual professional development reimbursement.

Generous time-off policy to balance your work and life.

Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents (via PLANS).

Hybrid work format to choose between home and office.
