About the Position:
As the Home Care Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the clients and caregivers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Tempe office. This hands-on position requires a balance between daily managerial duties and active participation in maintaining and growing the business side of operations.
Essential Duties:
Oversee a team of 200+ caregivers, managing care plans and client relations.
Conduct impactful team meetings to drive sales and ensure quality service.
Engage in business development and maintain key partnerships with referral sources.
Perform scheduling tasks, customer service, site and marketing visits, and handle complaints.
Analyze and manage branch metrics for client acquisition and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with recruiting and scheduling teams to ensure optimal branch function.
Foster an inspiring work environment and champion outstanding team morale.
Key Requirements:
Minimum two years of management or leadership experience.
Proven background in sales, business development, and relationship building.
Experience in home care, staffing, or service-based industries preferred.
Strong proficiency in administrative tasks and Microsoft Office.
Exceptional multitasker with keen attention to detail and organization.
Agile and efficient project management skills.
Positive and professional communication, acting as a client advocate.
Capable of resolving challenges with a can-do approach.
