a Microsoft Security Architect.

Position Highlights

As a Microsoft Security Architect in Telelink Business Services, you are joining a team of highly specialized professionals, providing the means and know-how for customers large and small, to implement various enterprise-grade security solutions.

You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, sometimes starting from pre-sales, going through design, hands-on implementation, post-implementation activities, and occasionally ending with support. By doing so, you will be bringing much-needed awareness about Microsoft security solutions, influence change in customer environments, and eventually reap the benefits of satisfaction, knowing that your efforts have greatly improved organizations, lacking the required resources or expertise to do so themselves. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of security architectures and solutions within our customers’ Microsoft ecosystems. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our customers’ organizations information assets and infrastructure, particularly those deployed within Microsoft environments such as Azure, Office 365, and Windows platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices, with a proven track record in designing and deploying comprehensive security frameworks in complex enterprise settings.

Telelink Business Services will support and push you to grow, become more and more proficient in what you do and extend the company’s security products portfolio by researching and leading the adoption of new technologies.

Key role responsibilities:

Security Architecture Design: Develop, maintain, and evolve the security architecture for our customers’ Microsoft environments, ensuring they align with overall business objectives and IT strategy. Focus on areas such as cloud security, identity and access management, data protection, and threat protection.

Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of security solutions for our customers within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure Security Center, Azure Identity and Access Management, Microsoft 365 Defender, and other relevant tools.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure all Microsoft-based solutions we deploy to our customers comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, and ISO27001 frameworks. Work closely with customers’ compliance teams to audit and monitor adherence to these standards.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments of the Microsoft environments of our customers, identifying potential vulnerabilities and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with customers’ IT, development teams, and business units to integrate security practices into the lifecycle of their Microsoft-based solutions. Advocate for security-by-design principles.

You will have the opportunity to:

Be a Technical Owner and SME for products offerings in the respective technology field – Microsoft Security.

Participate actively in implementation projects for enterprise security solutions with Microsoft security technology stack.

Support pre-sales with deep expertise consultancy.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in your area of expertise.

Maintain an adequate level of knowledge, including formal certifications, about certain products in our security portfolio and your area of expertise.

Create best practice guidelines for your area of expertise across Implementation and Consulting, Pre-sales, and Operations pillars.

Review and improve the technology stack across TBS.

Drive internal innovation initiatives for the implementation of the latest cybersecurity technologies.

What You Bring

Proven ability of minimum 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of comprehensive security architectures and solutions within Microsoft environments.

Extensive experience in IT and cybersecurity, with a significant focus on Microsoft technologies and security solutions.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft security tools and services, including Azure security capabilities, Microsoft 365 security solutions, and Windows security features.

Understanding of IT Infrastructure network layers and components.

Troubleshooting and analytical skills with an ability to demonstrate this as part of the recruitment process.

Ability to deliver satisfying results as part of a team, as well as independently.

Ability to freely communicate with customers and colleagues in English, when required.

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, SC-100, AZ-500, CISSP, CISM) are preferred.

Knowledge/Expertise in best practices for securing corporate IT infrastructure.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cybersecurity.
