The Director of Product Marketing at DeepScribe is pivotal in driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for all product launches and marketing initiatives. This role demands a leader who excels in capturing market attention, aligning product promotion with customer needs, and ensuring the delivery of compelling product narratives.

Joining DeepScribe as the Director of Product Marketing means stepping into a pivotal role where you’ll inform product strategy, own product positioning, and drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for all product launches.

This role will require deep understanding of the DeepScribe solution, the competitive landscape, industry trends and our customer to effectively communicate our unique differentiators to the market and stay ahead of the rapidly evolving ambient documentation market.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions that directly connect your work to meaningful business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity for the right product marketer to leave a significant mark on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Help guide product packaging and roadmap from a deep understanding of the DeepScribe solution, our ideal customers, competitors, and industry trends.

Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft distinct positioning, value propositions, and messaging that stands out from the competition and is further tailored to each DeepScribe buyer persona.

Product Launches: Implement tiered launch plans aimed at introducing new features, releases, and integrations to drive awareness and adoption.

Competitive and Industry Intelligence: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends to continually inform product positioning, strategy, product launches, and enablement materials for front-line teams.

Requirements

Experience as a both a senior contributor and a leader in the product marketing space, with some of that experience in healthcare or health-tech

Exceptional strategic thinking, with a track record of successful GTM execution

Expertise in competitive analysis, market research, and sales enablement

Proven ability in crafting compelling product narratives and marketing assets

Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams

In-depth knowledge of marketing best practices, analytics, and content development

A proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of driving innovation in marketing strategies and execution

Base Salary Range: $150k-$235k/yr
