Discovery Solutions seeks applicants for a General Manager - Empower Field.
LOCATION:
Denver, CO
SUMMARY:
GM oversees all F&B and retail operations for the venue. Aramark has the concessions, catering, and retail contracts. The only area outside of our management is the Suites operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
AGM-dept heads to AGM DR GM Retail, AGM. Chef is District position, David/controller (Damien reports to both).
Approximately 1250 hourly during peak
Hybrid, PL and Fee
Salaries: Retail is PL, FB commission/profit split
Client-very data focused client, speak to numbers and use the number to support-everything with
NFL, 10 concerts, International Soccer, Monster Truck and small catering events/social or corporate events.
Contract thru 2028, 5 seasons
Position Details:
P&L, budgets, forecasting, data analytics, food/labor--everything financially tied!
Client focused, high level of interaction - must know the numbers
Have a strong support team - AGM very strong along with ops team.
Event based schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
Sports and Entertainment GM/AGM experience in an A account. (Professional sports, 20MM+ in revenue managed services)
Premium AND Concessions experience required, Retail experience would be a nice to have.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, needs to present well and manage client relationship
