Overview
Responsible for carrying out all company goals and objectives. The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for exceeding sales revenue goals, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships, expanding the company's current customer base, and developing and maintaining professional selling skills.
Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and align them with our solutions.
Develop focused business plans forend users, resellers, and contracts.
Collaborate with sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
Engage with partners to enhance sales success.
Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management
system (CRM).
Develop a sales plan to meet company sales goals and objectives
Make necessary sales presentations to customers and management as requested
Acquire and maintain sound knowledge of all product lines and services offered
Research and obtain information on position specific training opportunities
Showcase our products, particularly in AV and IT hardware and software, to clients
Manage regional marketing, pipeline, forecasts, and inventory levels.
Represent us at industry events.
Maintain Salesforce database and handle administrative tasks.
Provide competitive updates regularly.
Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
5+ years of IT and AV sales experience, especially with education clients.
Proficiency in AV technologies, state contracts, and RFP processes.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Proficiency in technical sales and presentation.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
