Candidate will ensure Maintenance Tickets are dispatched and closed in timely manner.
Responsible to meet objective cost to maintain, review and approve over budget expenditures.
Time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Responsible for employee payroll
Managing all day-to-day Maintenance SFR Operations.
Assist with all other duties as assigned.

Detailed oriented, diligent, and streamlined with the process.
