As a Mental Health Clinician at The Everett Clinic, you will
Treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.
Developand coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems. Involves patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate.
Conductindividual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines.
Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups.
Conducting telephone screening for patients in crises.ProvideOn-Call coverage on rotatingbasis.
Providinga multi-disciplinary approach to treatment plan coordinating with other medical staff.
As part of a multispecialty group you will have integrated support with more than 40 specialties such as psychiatry, primary care and comprehensive pain center
Required Qualifications:
Fully licensed PhDor PsyD in Washington State by time of hire.
Individual Therapy experience in an outpatientsetting
Ability to diagnose and treatpatients.
Training and experience in brief therapypreferred.
Washington Residents Only : The salary range for Washington residents is $120,000 - 150,716.
